A thin sheet of metallic foil is thermally applied to the label substrate leaving a metallic surface in desired areas.
However, you’ll have to make sure that your finest details are no smaller than 1 point to achieve fine foil areas.
When it comes to delivery, let us know how you want to receive your labels. We usually deliver them on rolls, but we can also send them as sheets depending on the size and quantity.

Custom CBD display boxes

Custom cutouts
Custom cutouts are shapes cut out of any panel of your box, displaying the contents inside.
They can be of any size as long as they don’t affect the integrity of the box. We can make cutouts on white, Kraft, or metallic paperboard.

Coatings and laminates

The Production Process
Our production process is as simple and transparent as possible. You’re never kept in the dark, and you can follow along as your packaging is getting produced.
Let me explain how it works.
Step 1. Measure your product
This is the first step you have to take. You need to measure your product to find out the dimensions of the label, plus the dimensions of your box. If you need any help on this step, we can guide you how to measure your label size and how to measure a box.
Step 2. Choose your types of CBD boxes
Once you know the dimensions of your label and box, you can choose the style (shape, material, coatings and finishes, as well as extras). Also consider whether you want to pack your products individually, or in custom CBD display boxes. Some brands even mix the two options.
Step 3. Request a quote
Fill in the Quote Request Form both for your labels and boxes. One of our experts will get back to you with pricing and templates that you will hand over to your designer. You’ll receive instructions on how to prepare the artwork, so your packaging comes out perfectly.
Step 4. Proofing
Follow the art preparation instructions you’ve received and create your design using the templates. When finished, hand us the ready-to-print art. We’ll proof it for free and send it back to you via email. Learn more about our free proofing process.
Step 5. Real-time overview
Once your order enters our system, you can log in to your administration panel. From there, you can oversee every step of our production process.
Step 6. Production and shipping
After you’ve approved your proof(s) and payment is made, you’re automatically notified via email when your order enters the production queue.
